Last I heard (more than a year ago) the commercial vacancy rate was 35%, while the residential rate was 4%. Wonder if that’s still the case.

One nifty thing about the Flashcube is they were set off mechanically, not electrically. If you dissected one and removed the bulbs, with a little practice you could throw them to the ground so that they would go off.
